We stayed at Novotel Frankfurt City with our family, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! ✅ Family-Friendly Comfort: The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and enough space for the kids. We loved how quiet it was at night – ideal for families! ✅ Amazing Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. ✅ Delicious Restaurant (Novo²): The hotel’s restaurant was excellent – great variety of international dishes, a tasty kids’ menu, and a fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh and healthy options. It was so convenient to have high-quality food right at the hotel. ✅ Perfect for Kids: Our children loved the play area, and we appreciated the thoughtful family features like cribs, kids’ meals, and a relaxed, safe atmosphere. ✅ Great Location: It’s close to public transport, making it easy to reach all of Frankfurt’s attractions while staying in a quiet and safe area. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, to all your needs. The breakfast was excellent. Location was great quiet, tram around the corner, lots of restaurants nearby. Facilities where to are liking. Will come back.

Great room and the breakfast buffet was outstanding every morning. We also had our 49th wedding anniversary dinner at Oben and it was exceptional.
