Location is perfect. All interaction with the staff prior to arrival and during the stay was excellent, they consistently and efficiently managed everything. The room was lovely and I asked for a soft topper on the bed and feather pillows (I like a soft bed) and this was done without question. I changed rooms during the booking and this was also managed so well, no waiting and the staff made sure the rooms were next to each other to make it easier for me. It was an outstanding stay!

Delicious and good quality breakfast. As a family travelling with two adults and one kid the main larger room with an adjoining smaller room with a sofa bed was perfect. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Charming old building with modern decor. Very stylish. Nice to be able to open windows. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was very well-maintained and perfect for business needs. The meeting rooms were professional and fully equipped. The WiFi was fast and stable, which made it easy to work and attend meetings online. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.     English garden and Hof garden were amazing. Pretty much anywhere by Odeonsplatz was beautiful, tranquil, and I could have spent the day just listening to street performers, laying out in the sun, by the waterfalls, watching the river surfers, watching the dancers under the gazebo or just reading a book by any of it. Beautiful places.
