The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they greeted us immediately and helped us get situated. They were able to accommodate three rooms together which made it so much easier for us to enjoy the hotel as a family. We would go back in a heartbeat. It was well located with a vehicle, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional.

Stay, breakfast, location and everything was good. Wind shut the door of the room when we were out and key inside room. Receptionist was kind and got another key in few mins.

We stayed in this hotel while visiting Essen for the Spiel 2023. We were happily surprised by the room size, which was bigger than we expected. We could spaciously accommodate all the board games we bought. We want to highlight that the room was very clean and comfortable (the bed was very big also). We thank a lot the free water bottles (1 still, 1 sparkly) that we had each day at our room. The room was not noisy at all, as the windows effectively isolated us from the road cars sound. 100% recommended

Location was great and the hotel was very stylish and confortable.
