Everything! The building, room, staff, pool, breakfast, all was amazing! The managing director and owner showed up during the breakfast and greeted all guest personally, it was very nice, personal touch.

The breakfast was excellent, very Nice!! The Receptionist was more than Pleasant and made our check in fun. She gave us good info. The Hotel gave us both Upgraded rooms for the price we booked. The rooms are like suites! There was a crying baby on my floor a few doors down, I didn't hear a Peep. Very sound proof rooms. Beautiful overlook of the Nekar River and parts of Heidelberg across the River. I Will stay here Again!! 👍🇩🇪

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and we loved the window seat. Close to plenty of restaurants. Parking undercover nearby. Easy walk to historic town of Heidelberg.

Absolutely a wonderful stay! Attention to the small details add charm, comfort, and value. One of the cleanest and most relaxed stays we’ve had in the past year. Breakfast is definitely a standout! Location is in a peaceful quiet area yet an easy short 10-15 minute walk to the old part of Heidelberg. Communication with property manager was thorough and efficient. Parking is limited but the staff will absolutely do all they can to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. We highly recommend this as a must stay!!!
