An exceptionally friendly hotel. The hotel has an incredibly kind and trusting attitude toward its guests. At breakfast, no one checks whether the guest has paid. There is no bartender at the bar — guests serve themselves and simply write down what they’ve taken on a piece of paper. On the staircase, there’s a large box of cookies on every floor, and guests are free to take as many as they like. This kind of approach makes guests feel truly great.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very homely, relaxed atmosphere, indeed it doesn’t really feel like a hotel at all. Great location, spotlessly clean, and friendly staff. We stayed in three different rooms over two stays… the apartments are by far the best option, though the medium sized rooms are also ok for a short stay.

Bring an umbrella or poncho, you can still enjoy the park in a light rain (and zero crowds). Food hall was wonderful, great choices for the whole family. I loved my Steak Frites from the French restaurant.

Full of children and fun, this is the centre of Copenhagen and you should not miss it. They manage to keep the children happy with the rollercosters and the more mature with the gardens. They have managed to have a bit of everything for everyone. The Saturday night light show was ok, maybe not for me however the live concert and singing was fantastic and kept the crowd on their feet. The night ended with fireworks and impressive. Was not my intention to visit however glad I did.

There are a number of entrances to Tivoli so don't worry if 1 seems packed. We were there for Christmas and so the decorations were excellent. Sometimes it is difficult to get places to eat, so if you are looking to eat lunchtimes or evenings, it may be better to book. Biggest Tip, play Gallopen it is the best and great fun. Sanitise your hands afterwards though , you will see why.

If it is a public holiday reach the garden early to get early access to rides. Book lunch tables if you want to eat in one of the restaurants. The food court in Tivoli garden is good always crowded and the Indian vegetarian food was very average. Visited in April 2022

We had a very positive stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Tivoli Gardens. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of high-quality food. The only small downside was the coffee, which could be improved, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Hotel 5 minutes from train station. Not far to walk to main pedestrian plaza which then leads down to many sights - about 30 minutes to canals. Flat so easy exploring. Near Tivoli Gardens which was a fun experience. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Superb city centre multi story hotel. A 1960’s style icon of its time. Short walk to city centre - diagonally opposite Tivoli Gardens. Excellent room with far reaching views across the city. Excellent buffet breakfast although slightly chaotic . We didn’t have to wait long for lifts - unlike other high rise hotels. Secure parking beneath the hotel for extra charge - make sure you book.

  • Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day.

Tivoli Gardens is a place to spend even a whole day. If you want to avoid the crowds, go in in the afternoon, at least 2-3 hours before the start of the concert. The public transport is very reliable (if you get directions from google maps, even the schedule is perfectly held), however it is best to walk around the city (the major attractions are relatively near to each other, you see everything by foot for 3 days by walking around 7-8 km daily).
