Being involved in the leisure industry ourselves, my husband and I, we often have high expectations when it comes to service standards. However, the level of service we received at Pickalbatros surpassed even our loftiest expectations. Beyond the usual amenities, it's the little gestures that make all the difference. And the crowning jewel during our stay was the exquisite lemon mango cake, crafted to perfection by the hotel's gifted Pastry Chef. I loved all: nice amenities and view! The staff is great, super available and friendly! I would come back in this place 100%. it is one of the few hotels with a beach! I also really enjoyed the food quality and variety of the buffet and the snack house in front of the beach! Really recommended!
