The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They didn't present with adverse reactions to requests and they went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were phenomenal. Dusit has raised the bar in Cairo.

Quite, clean and very nice people smile faces all over the day, helpful. I enjoyed my stay. They are very polite and friendly. Especially the people which I deal with: Doaa, Ala’a, Maryam, Mr Mahmoud, Yousif, Mohammed, Abulrahman, Mohammed and all people I met and deal with. Mr Emad, the Chief, he is offering nice food and nice service to customers.

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel is very nice , food is great, location next to airport and 5th district and the staff are very friendly… I came by myself this time but i will come again with family as they have a lot of nice facilities… No one will regret statying here
