We felt very welcomed. I liked the nice little items for comfort, like slippers, paper bag, jellies and felt warmness of hand written messages. The rooms were well cleaned and nicely prepared, the attention to detail in furnishings, and comfort of the room was excellent. There are so many good qualities here that you can't find in big hotels, and my colleagues were happy to stay here, too.

Breakfast was excellent. All staff were very helpful and accommodating, and gave an excellent suggestion for a restaurant. A ground floor room was made available at the last minute, when requested for health reasons. Parking a big plus.

    Well now, you would not normally consider this type of area...

    Well now, you would not normally consider this type of area all that much fun, as there were a lot of big stores nearby (IKEA for example), exhibition centres and retail outlets. We spent quite a while searching for a corner shop to buy some milk and water. We asked a native and were sent in the wrong direction. Strangely, she failed to point out that we were almost right nextdoor to an ALDI! What a nuisance. We got lucky that opposite our hotel, a fair was in town, and this amused my children. As did the MacDonalds. They were very happy to eat there.
