This is an awesome property, extremely well located very close to most of the attractions, extremely courteous and helpful staff, amazing rooms, the room was quite spacious, the breakfast spread is superb…. And the restaurant staff are polite and courteous. The best part of this hotel is the always smiling face of every hotel staff…. That speaks a lot about their nature and treatment of guests. We had access to the Red Lounge, thanks to the person at the time of check in who suggested this, as it was at an extra cost, but completely worth it. Superb experience overall, will definitely stay here when we come next to Madrid. One more thing…. Do not miss the view of Madrid fr the terrace, it’s breathtaking and amazing.

Fabulous hotel. Great location for walking around central Madrid, next to tube station and hop on hop off bus stop. Also next to a lovely park which leads you to plazas and the palace Excellent selection of food and drink for breakfast and every one of the staff we met were friendly, helpful and hard working. Extremely helpful, polite door staff. The sky bar shouldn’t be missed but it’s extremely busy and the staff are under pressure to accommodate everyone. However there is a good selection of bars in the hotel which are very good.

The Hotel Preciados is located in the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes’ walk from the Puerta del Sol. It offers modern services, including free Wi-Fi access and free minibar in rooms.

First and most important is the toilet there is wash pipe which is very important for me !!! And also the cleanness and the location of the hotel was very good
