This is truly a 5* property and our experience from start to finish exemplifies this. Reception, especially KRISTEL, was magnificent and she made it her mission to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From explaining the area of Barcelona we were in, giving us a map and pointing out nearby highlights, giving us dining tips, and always greeting us with a smile, Kristel is a prime example of excellent customer service and someone who is truly caring and loves their job. We received little handwritten notes from the hotel over the course of our stay and it really shows that the hotel sees you as a GUEST and not just a CUSTOMER. The room itself was amazing and everything was immaculately clean. The room was huge and had a lot of windows letting in natural light. Bed was super comfortable, even the extra bed since we were 3. Breakfast was high quality since it is on an order basis. I actually prefer this to buffet options where the food is oftentimes old, cold, or both. The staff at both breakfast and at the rooftop restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly. Checkout was equally amazing. Since we do go to Spain often, The One Barcelona will now be our go-to hotel whenever we visit.

The service was outstanding, in the reception, the restaurant, the spa, and generally by everyone involved. The spa was very nice, there as a dry and steam saunas, a small pool, and massage rooms (all need to be booked in advance). There is also a gym right near the spa. The location is great. The breakfast was also great.

Apart from the amazing rooms and location - a quieter part of Barcelona but lots of great shopping food and restaurants. The staff we’re incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Lots of great advice and recommendations. They tool the time to have a conversation with you and always checked to see how everything was going and did you need anything. We couldn’t have asked for more it was such an amazing stay. Fatima on reception was incredibly kind and helpful.
