Beautiful room with a large terrace looking over the city. The room and amenities were fabulous and the bed very comfy. Both finding and blackout curtains were provided, making it possible to get the few hours of sleep we could before our very early flight. Onsite parking was handy. Great shower. Vibrant lobby area. Easy, and quick, walk to the large park and to the Guggenheim and Puppy. Had amazing sushi from Nikko just 4 blocks away.

The hotel team was very friendly and helpful for every request. There were also nice personal touches which came as a nice surprise (for example handwritten welcome letter written in the language of my national card as well as a note on my birthday although I didn't specifically mention to the team I was celebrating my birthday). The hotel is also in a great location and the room and amenities were high end but without creating a stuffy atmosphere. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I go to Bilbao.
