We loved the location in the old city center, it was excellent, we could walk everywhere! We loved the room, very comfy and full of design.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel in Bilbao. The hotel is perfectly located in the old town of Casco Viejo and is a short walk to the metro and ideal to walk over the bridge to the new area of the city Abando where there is a vast selection of shopping and El Corte Inglés department store. The hotel is walking distance to all the small pinxto bars and sights of the old town.Ribera market with its fantastic selection of food stations our favourite is cervecería Arambarri for pintxo’s and drinks with a buzzing atmosphere. The interior of the hotel is comfortable with modern clean and comfortable rooms.Maid service daily and rooms left immaculate on our arrival each day. The bed is super comfy and the shower was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly,polite and courteous and nothing is to much trouble for them with any help or advice you need for your trip. We could not believe this hotel is not more than a 2* as it is worth a lot more in our opinion compared to another competitor we stayed at last year.At least a 4*!
