Having travelled a lot, I don’t usually easily get impressed by hotels, but only You hotel really wowed me. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When I was running late for my flight, they ran with me haha. The breakfast was simply excellent. The rooms and amenities were clean and simply beautiful. The location is very convenient, we walked 5 mins from the train station. Airport was 10 mins taxi ride and it’s close to the Setas area as well. Overall, I had a memorable stay here and highly recommend it to anyone.

Ricardo at reception was very welcoming and helpful and the hotel upgraded our family room on arrival which was a nice surprise. It was beautiful, quiet and very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice.
