Spectacular! Preservation of the building, artworks and history is fantastic. The audio guide is a must: well put together with a satisfying mix of history, architecture, artworks, historical figures and facts to enable an own-paced walk through the beautiful old place of worship. This is a stunningly beautiful cathedral in a country that features many gorgeous cathedrals. I would suggest you take a tour of it. Naturanda Tourist Office did our tour of this and the Alcazar, and the guide was wonderful. Visited in October which is in high season surprisingly. Temps between 36-41C. Didn’t book tickets, lined up for approx 10 min only, it’s also much cheaper. The Giralda tower is quite a challenge to climb, but worth the effort.Guest review byEileenUnited Kingdom - 8.0

In my opinion the Alcazar Palace should be prioritised over the Cathedral but views from La Giralda are awesome from the top but you’ll have to climb 34 ramps/ story’s. So you need to be reasonable fit to climb it but once at the top you can see the whole city. The tower is very busy and narrow, so earlier times in the day the better to avoid the extreme rush.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
