clean, spacious, rooms nice, ample parking, chargers for electric cars. staff very efficient especially Michael/Miguel who was fantastic. Really helpful. he went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing.

I am satisfied very much about Palafox. The location is very near to every monuments of tourist. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. The room is quite big and comfort. The price is very nice and reasonable. I will book this hotel when I visit Zaragoza again.
