We loved the location, the cleanliness and the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble: the beds were extremely comfortable. My only suggestion is to ask for a room not facing the street as it can be a bit noisy. It did not bother us but may bother some people. Across the road from the Science and Arts museum and the Aquarium and the opera house. Restaurants right out the front and laundromat around the corner. Great hotel to stay at.

It’s very stylish boutique hotel, it has new furniture, big bathroom, big mirrors and super confortable bed. Also was nice to have a speakers in bedroom. Very friendly staff with eyes for details. We were having our anniversary and have the possibility to try the spa and we must recommend this for couples. There is a rooftop that allows sunsets with view over Valencia with a nice Aperol in the hands. In general a very nice experience.

    Absolutely gorgeous beach…quite busy even for a weekday...

    Absolutely gorgeous beach…quite busy even for a weekday though…but quite a good place to spend few hours with the family…kids can be safe as not so deep. Quite a few options to eat around. Good water sports options if one is interested. Very near city center…5km drive or cab. Parking is free so don't get touted to pay for it.

    Nice place to stay. The apartment was small but very well organized, so it didn’t feel cramped. Everything was clean, in a new building with all new facilities. Direct subway to the airport and convenient tram connections (no. 8 to Las Arenas beach, 3 stops, or no. 6 to Malvarrosa beach, with disabled access). Nice places to eat nearby (Malafama), excellent transport links to the main attractions in the city, and a Mercadona supermarket just 160 m away. The subway restarted direct service to airport (from Sept. 1st 2025)

    We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made everything smooth and easy. The location is excellent – right in the city center, with restaurants, shops, metro and bus stops all around. From here we could easily reach Bioparc, Malvarrosa beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, and all the main attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again on a future visit.

    The property was in the area of Malvarrosa beach which is just across the street. It is 5km from the old city center but is not crowded at all (we were there in July). The building is a part of residential complex with the pool, mini market and café. The apartment is owned by Mrs. Maria Beatrice, very nice and friendly person. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living/dinning room, kitchen, laundry space and a nice terrace on the ground floor with a pool view. It is clean and has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay.
