Excellent location in the old town, just steps from all the best pintxos bars, hiking trail up the hill and the nice aquarium, but still quiet. Very good value for money. Super helpful, patient and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Be sure to select one of the rooms with the bay view and fall asleep admiring the lights of the town sparkling on the water! Worth it! We will absolutely stay here again when back in San Sebastian.

Very smart hotel with the friendliest of staff who couldn't do enough for you. Oihane, the concierge, was so helpful finding restaurants (which were excellent), other things to do and must see places. The reception and bar are stunningly beautiful reflecting the building's history. All the reception staff were happy, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Alba was particularly outstanding. The hotel bar is well stocked and great value. There are some cocktails on the menu but the barmen were all able to make the cocktails we asked for even if they were not on the list. The rooms were spotless, well appointed, well insulated for sound and extremely comfortable.

Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade.
