First, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful! Well designed and clean. The restaurant was delicious. We enjoyed their 3 course lunch special. Location was excellent. Accessible to old town, shopping places and to other must see places in San Sebastián .

The front desk staff were wonderful, We had a problem with our rental car and the two young ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help.They permitted to leave the car at the front of the hotel and translated for us when the mechanic arrived. They also helped with dining plans and showed us the best ways of getting around.The door man was also very helpful

Very smart hotel with the friendliest of staff who couldn't do enough for you. Oihane, the concierge, was so helpful finding restaurants (which were excellent), other things to do and must see places. The reception and bar are stunningly beautiful reflecting the building's history. All the reception staff were happy, friendly and exceptionally helpful. Alba was particularly outstanding. The hotel bar is well stocked and great value. There are some cocktails on the menu but the barmen were all able to make the cocktails we asked for even if they were not on the list. The rooms were spotless, well appointed, well insulated for sound and extremely comfortable.
