We stayed at this property to explore Segovia. However, during our stay, the Iberian Peninsula blackout occurred. The staff were extremely helpful in providing us with updates and giving us directions via a paper map on how to navigate out of the city so we could return back to Portugal via car. They were all outstanding, particularly Cynthia, Raquel, and the Manager, Sara.

Very nice and polite people at the reception. Room clean and warm. Everything's all right. The detail that caught my attention was a shoe cleaning sponge and a small hair comb. There are probably no such things in other hotels. Enjoyable stay. I could pay on the spot in cash. I recommend Hotel Los Arcos.
