I would say outside of hotel is the most beautiful location of Madrid. Hotel is very clean, comfy bed, big shower. Perfect breakfast-we stayed 5 days and we could eat something different each morning.

The hotel is gorgeous, with large rooms and comfortable beds. Everything is spotless and new. Given the time of year, it was also beautifully decorated. We are definitely coming back. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to help. They provided us with a baby cot and baby towels. We had a midnight flight after checkout and we could leave our bags secure during the day to walk around. Also, they let us use the baby changing room throughout the day, which was extremely helpful.

    Outstanding location by Sol metro station and in the heart of Madrid. You could walk to many attractions. Great eating and drinking places nearby to suit most budgets. Yet the room was pretty quiet. The hotel room was very compact but had all the right amenities. It was clean and cleaned daily. The staff, especially Marina, were very helpful and there 24 hours. They monitored the exits and entrances on all floors so you were safe.

    It’s is very well located, a short walk from the Sol Metro station, and right in the middle of many restaurants and bars. It is reasonably well priced for being so centrally located in a large city. The staff are very friendly :-)

    This hotel is very close to the sol metro station, which is about a 5 minute walk away, close to most of Madrid's tourist attractions and easy to get to by public transport, and the size of the room was relatively spacious, which was very satisfying. Our room also had a small balcony facing the street, which was beautiful and perfect for our stay!

    The location was perfect, close to Sol metro station and within walking distance to many sights and restaurants. The room looked to be freshly painted and was clean. The bathroom was nice too. The aircon was needed and great to have. This property’s pros outweighed the cons.

    Visit the main attractions early in the morning except: if you visit the Palace and the Prado museum, you can enter for free from 6 pm (Mon-Fri) but you need to be in the queue by say 5 latest. Don´t miss the free walking tours that leave from Puerto del Sol at about 11 am. The Naval Museum was superb value. Although I only went to keep my husband company, I found it extremely interesting and a very enjoyable visit for only 3 euros entrance- bargain.
