Lovely hotel in the centre of Albi. Very friendly welcome. Our initial room was beautiful but the air conditioning was not working properly and it was a particularly hot evening. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and moved us immediately. Food in restaurant was delicious as was breakfast on the terrace.

I cannot recommend La Reserve too highly. Helene, her staff, the place, the ambience, the room, the restaurant and the whole experience are absolutely superb. I have no criticisms whatsoever.

The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The hotel was very nice on the inside and was in a great location. It was also very easy to park and there are loads of spots to eat around that area.

    The cathedral blows one's socks off!

    The cathedral blows one's socks off! I will never forget the incredible shock I had walking into it. Look up...the ceiling is like no other! And, the cathedral is made of red brick as is the rest of the town.

    The main receptionist/manager was amazingly helpful and obligingly took me to the private parking location. He gave a personal briefing on the hotel, facilities, room equipment and the area, especially the best dining options in Albi. He was allowed us to stay in the car park beyond our booking out period so we could enjoy a visit to Albi cathedral the following morning - a site not to be missed.

    great location - easy parking provided in nearby shopping centre car park (arrangements sounded complicated but worked really well and easily). although we didn't need to use the car as we could walk everywhere. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Toulouse Lautrec museum, Saturday market, Albi Cathedral all worth visiting.
