Check in staff were very warm and welcoming; full of smiles! We required assistance with parking which was supported easily. The hotel is in the citadel and the views were fantastic! The hotel is a boutique experience and I found the services very upmarket; the bar was well stocked for cocktails and the breakfast smelt amazing! (We had an early ferry to catch so did't get a chance to enjoy!) The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and bars including a short walk into the harbour - a perfect location to base from to discover the city. The parking is a short distance away and the hotel has a preferential rate.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodations were centrally, located and walking distance to the historical sites and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
