We were happy just going to the tower and not going up in it...
We were happy just going to the tower and not going up in it. There are several other places around town to get good views of Paris. Check out the night view of the tower from the Trocodero. Be aware that the metro gets extremely crowded with people viewing the tower at night and you may have to wait for a few trains to get a spot.Guest review byJayUnited States - 10.0

What an amazing structure .. we did a skip the line tour , which was fine. Save your money , don’t buy the tiny plastic flute of champagne at the top. And don’t buy anything in the gift shop…everything is way overpriced. More ladies bathroom and less lady who cares for the bathroom nicer, Person closed the bathroom with out explanation and told everyone to go to exit 2 which meant we had to go out of the grounds and get back in line to come in again. Summit may be closed at any time, so just know that you may be limited to seeing Paris from the 2nd floor (and note that it's pretty windy there).
