Clean and new building. The staff went an extra mile for our stay offering us a small room upgrade. We have very much enjoyed eating the macarons (gift from the hotel) while having a beautiful view on the Eiffel Tower - thank you! Another big plus was that the room was completely soundproof, something that I've very rarely seen as something taken seriously by other hotels around the world.

The location is superb, whether you want to jump on the Metro or walk to the main attractions it is perfect, for example, I walked to before my family woke up for 25 minutes (each way) to Concorde square to see the Egyptian Oblisque, Eiffel Tower would be only 7 minutes, 5 minutes and you are by the river, food and beverages from Cafe's, Restaurants, Patisseries, Formagier (Cheese shops) are all walking distance and it is delightful. The major bonus was the bathroom, finally, I can take a shower without hitting walls with my elbows in Paris, the city is notorious for tight spaces, especially around the 7th Arr. but our room bathroom was amazing! Finally, I won't be doing it justice without thanking Sergio our host, he was very generous and helpful with everything, making our stay just a delight!

Handicapped access quick and efficient but only to the lowest level. Still worthwhile. long way from street to tower entrance. Would have been nice to have all of family traveling together to go up with wheelchair user not just assistant. Got there at sundown so it was great.

I would recommend visiting the Eiffel Tower for its iconic status and breathtaking views of Paris. Standing at 1,083 feet, it offers stunning panoramic sights from its observation decks. You can take the elevator or climb the stairs for a more adventurous experience. The surrounding Champ de Mars park is perfect for a picnic, and the tower is beautifully illuminated at night, making it a romantic spot. I didn't go up because I have done that before but it is worth while to go to the base and see just how enormous this structure is. The base is a block apart. Great park where the tower is and lot's of nice eateries around here as well.

We were happy just going to the tower and not going up in it...

We were happy just going to the tower and not going up in it. There are several other places around town to get good views of Paris. Check out the night view of the tower from the Trocodero. Be aware that the metro gets extremely crowded with people viewing the tower at night and you may have to wait for a few trains to get a spot.

What an amazing structure .. we did a skip the line tour , which was fine. Save your money , don’t buy the tiny plastic flute of champagne at the top. And don’t buy anything in the gift shop…everything is way overpriced. We bought a fridge magnet of the tower from a street seller …just a block away and paid 2 euro for the exact same thing that sells in the Eiffel Tower gift shop for 8 e

Good location; near coffee shop and convenience store. Champ is just a stone throw away and Eiffel Tower is walking distance. Facilities were amazing with pool / jacuzzi and gym. The hotel was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The water fountains outside the rooms in the passage way was an excellent option. The location of the hotel was good as it was in between the airport and the city center. The room was very comfortable with all amenities and was very clean. Our room had a balcony which could spot all the high rises in Paris, including the upper bit of the Eiffel tower at a distance. The hotel is surrounded by several cafes and there is the main market right outside.

THE VIEW!! Honestly waking up every morning and looking outside our balcony window to the Eiffel Tower was pretty surreal. The hotel room itself was very comfortable and felt quite luxe. The location was also incredible, we did lots of walking but were also next to the Metro which was very handy when traveling to places like Disneyland or Versailles. When we go back to Paris one day we'll definitely stay there again!

In general, it's a nice little hotel with a good location. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower or Notre Dame de Paris in 30-35 minutes. Small but quite comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was friendly. At our request, we were given a late check-out.

Very cozy studio apartment, well equipped and it’s a good location in the city, about 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and 45 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. Metro nr 9 is located nearby and provides access to many major attractions in Paris. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything about this hotel was pretty basic. It wasn’t as close to any of the main attractions that people would want to see in Paris. You had to get two trains to get to the Eiffel Tower / The Louvre etc. Even the breakfast was basic. For the money spent on the room, I did think it was quite expensive.

Patrick was very welcoming. He met us to hand over the keys and even helped us carry our luggage up the 5 flights of stairs. The apartment had a nice view (could even see the tip of the eiffel tower!) and was clean and well equipped. It is also located right next to a metro that takes you to the heart of Paris, Châtelet, within 10 minutes.
