Love everything about this hotel. Design, location next to big shopping mall and main train station. Bed is very comfy. Staff is also super helpful. I asked to leave my luggage days before check in and they have no problem with that (I travelled to Geneva and come back to Lyon).

The staff were friendly. The hotel is quite close to the train station in a area that is safe and walkable. Breakfast is good with a lot of options. Although there is no fridge in the room, it was not an issue There is a vending machine somewhere at the reception area.

Great location, great and very helpful personnel, tasty breakfast with a lot of options (even warm potatoes and smashed eggs). Our child got a welcome pocket with small surprise and also enjoyed a kids zone in a lobby. There is a TV in the lobby showing departs from the Part-Dieu railway station.

I like the location and the cleanliness. It was a little fancier than I am accustomed. I am from America so getting used to how the French operate was odd. (toilet in a separate room from the shower).
