The staff here are absolutely exceptional. The whole hotel is immaculate, breakfast was lovely, nothing was too much trouble even requesting something that wasn't even on the buffet ie. omelette ! The rooms are perfect, clean, fabulous comfy beds and beautifully presented. Although the steam room was closed for refurbishment, the heated indoor pool had jacuzzi jets and the gym had everything you could possibly need to relax. Even better, access was included in the room rate without the need to reserve. My daughter and I had the most incredible time in Paris, and the hotel made our holiday even better. We will definitely be back. Thank you to every one.

Extremely comfortable accommodations in a large room for a city. Comfortable beds, and the room was very stylishly decorated. Our room 503 was a corner room with a wraparound balcony with a street view -really lovely, although too cold on our stay to use. Good breakfast with lots of variety including egg/meat choices, higher quality breads, cheeses, etc. Reasonable price for Paris. Quiet area but seemed more residential than touristy. About a dozen good restaurants within 500m. Very helpful friendly staff. Really nice stay - best we had this trip.

The size of the room is by far big in Paris. The location is super convenient, easy with metro to train station, and 15 mins walk to Champs-Elysées. around you have local shop, supermarket, bakery, bars and all sorts of restaurants. Breakfast was also good. We really enjoy the long weekend. but in the evening the area is safe and quiet. check-in and check out is super fast and easy. Will definitely stay again next time in Paris.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to many landmarks. 150-200 m to metro station. Very clean rooms, high quality linens, comfy beds. Amenities are Codage, top quality. Staff is creme de la creme of the hotel. Kind, nice, attentive, problem solver. The hotel manager was very kind to help with our early check in. Mr. Sercan at the front desk is very responsive, kind and positive. Will definitely come back.
