The rooms were clean and decent sized. Exceptional customer service especially Patrick and Jonathan at the front desk. Walkable to most attractions in Paris. The hydrotherapy pool was a pleasant surprise after a long day of walking.

Hotel was excellent! Very modern, clean, comfortable, good wifi. Loved the room decor. I got a comp upgrade to the top floor with a cool view of nearby building, awesome! Staff was very friendly!

I have been to Paris 4th time and this was the best hotel. To say the truth it was the best hotel for this price and I would repeat it once again more times. The hotel is in a very good, calm neighbergood where there are lots of bars, shops and it is near the metro station. The hotel is very new or seemed that way. The room was very tidy, very clean, they use Rituals hygiene means, lots of towels. The staff was very pleasant, they talked in English very well. It exceeded any my wishes or thoguhts.
