Very friendly staff. They knew that I come with a dog and arranged for her a sleeping bed and two bowls for water and food. The hotel has modern design and appliances. The view to the Eiffel tower, and the rest of the city, was sensational.

Location was excellent, right in central Paris - close to Notre Dame and some very nice shopping boutiques. Room was very clean and the bathroom was one of the biggest and nicest we had on our European vacation.

Honestly, this is an absolute gem of a hotel. Hotels in Paris can be really ... hit and miss, at best, and awful, at worst. This hotel is completely gorgeous. The room was lovely, sparkling clean, great sheets (!), the bathroom was spacious, sparkly clean, everything felt brand new. There's a 'floor' where you can work and relax at -1, and another, at -2, with the most lovely breakfast (I was expecting a coffee and a croissant!). It's about 40 seconds walk to the metro, and it's right in the middle of the 5th (a glorious district), but on a really quiet little hidden street, but really near, well, everything. And you can walk along to Notre Dame, The Louvre, the river. Highly recommend. I used to live in Paris, and was there visiting old friends, and was worried I've have just a cramped (but hopefully clean) place to sleep, but it was so much more.

The location is perfect, right in the historical area and next to the subway station Saint Paul. Many restaurants and shops around. Staff was very nice and helpful
