It was clean, modern, and we absolutely loved it. The balcony was such a nice touch, and there was even a coffee machine, so we could enjoy breakfast at home. This is a recently fully refurbished compact very well-equipped apartment. The location is excellent with a supermarket, coffee shop and bakery nearby. Various entrances to the Old Town are a 5-minute walk as is Place Garibaldi. Tram stations at Garabaldi and Durandy are close by. Place Massena and Av.Jean Medecin are a pleasant stroll away along the lovely nearby park and children's playground. There is a lovely old-fashioned lift in the building. The apartments are modern and comfortable. The location is not far from the beach and a reasonable walk to Place Massena and the old town.
