Everything was in line with what they said on the reservation. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the ambience in the bar was very welcoming. Very friendly and understanding staff. Excellent location in the city center, allowing you to visit everything on foot.

Mama Shelter in Toulouse might have the best staff in all of France! Everyone from reception to housekeeping was sincerely friendly and had a level of hustle that is rare anywhere. The rooms were remarkably clean and we’d be thrilled to stay here again when visiting the vibrant city of Toulouse!

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THEY HELPED WITH ALL OUR NEEDS , EVEN SCHEDULING AN URGENT DOCTORS APPOINTMENT WITH AN ENGLISH SPEAKING DOCTOR FANTASTIC LOCATION . BEAUTIFUL OLD BUILDING , LOTS OF ANTICS. RIGHT ON THE MAIN SQUARE

We had the most amazing experience during our stay at this hotel, and we truly can’t thank the team enough—especially Oliver. From the moment we arrived, stressed and exhausted after a long journey, Oliver made us feel cared for and supported. My husband is in a wheelchair and was in a lot of pain when we arrived, but Oliver immediately stepped in to help us with such kindness and professionalism. He assisted us with parking, making everything so much easier, and to our surprise and deep gratitude, he even arranged an upgrade for us to ensure we were more comfortable. His genuine care and thoughtfulness went far beyond what we ever expected. Oliver is an absolute gem—compassionate, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. He turned what started as a very difficult day into one filled with relief and comfort. People like Oliver make all the difference, and he truly deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides. Thank you, Oliver, for everything—you made our stay unforgettable. P.S.
