Extremely nice staff. They were very eager to help us with foods that we would like during breakfast, and made special omelettes to us. The receptionist, Paula, was also a very kind woman, and we felt like home because she took very good care of us. She also hjelped us with extra pillows, towels, ice cubes, water and bagages. We were overall very happy with the kindness of the staff. The hotel is also very beautiful inside. It is hidden behind a massive, heavy door, with no signs of there being a hotel. On the inside however, you will be surprised by the beauty of all the rooms. It is ancient, luxerious and mysterious. Not like most hotels!

Really friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. Great self-service breakfast with a wide range of foods and quiet efficient staff clearing tables etc. Lovely little pool and sun-loungers, even if in an urban environment. Excellent place for access to Metro into town centre, and bus to beaches.
