Her male colleague ( do t remember his name) was very kind as well assisting me with my last needs before checking out. The room is lovely The neighbourhood as well I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but I’ve never experienced such kind and attentive service! Everyone — from the reception to the breakfast team — was genuinely welcoming. The homemade sweets at the breakfast buffet were such a lovely surprise. The location is fantastic, near the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro, yet in a quiet and accessible area. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, and the welcome gift with a handwritten note made us feel truly valued. A wonderful stay we’ll always remember!
