Extremely nice staff. They were very eager to help us with foods that we would like during breakfast, and made special omelettes to us. The receptionist, Paula, was also a very kind woman, and we felt like home because she took very good care of us. She also hjelped us with extra pillows, towels, ice cubes, water and bagages. We were overall very happy with the kindness of the staff. The hotel is also very beautiful inside. It is hidden behind a massive, heavy door, with no signs of there being a hotel. On the inside however, you will be surprised by the beauty of all the rooms. It is ancient, luxerious and mysterious. Not like most hotels!

The reception team! Absolutely lovely people: kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ines who made our stay even more wonderful. It is such good start of holidays when you are welcomed the way she did🫶🏼 Ines, you are a star☺️ Also, Ombre was very friendly and nice to talk to. The hotel is clean and the room was lovely. You have all you should to feel comfortable and the location is just on point.

Beautiful view from the terrace in apartment on the sixth floor. Room is pretty big and good equipped. I enjoyed coffee express in our room. Huge bad. Shower very big and comfortable and bathtub as an option. Pretty nice breakfast and tasty eggs (but too little vegetables :( )
