I have never been to Birmingham before and was recommended to stay at The Grand - wow, what an amazing place!! So beautiful and quiet and clean, the staff were excellent and I had the BEST night's sleep. Those beds are fantastic.

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back when working in the area next time

    Property was super close to Aston University (a 7-10 minute walk). Breakfast was included with vegetarian sausages which was a superb bonus and one of the main reasons why I often stay at Holiday Inn. Staff were nice and even clean the room (housekeeping) later into the day if needed. Checkout was easy and quick (just had to drop the card into the box).

    It was 3 minutes walk from Aston University. Check our time was before 12 noon. Rm was comfy. 29 minutes walk from shopping centre. Friendly staff
