Upon my late arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly receptionist who swiftly assigned us a quiet room. Furthermore, both the receptionist and room service were exceptionally responsive, providing us with extra pillows promptly. This attentive service greatly enhanced our stay.

The hotel is located just across the Tiger Stadium. The bedroom is spacious and very comfortably warm. Beautifully furnished to elevate the retro industrial design. The bathroom is very clean and modern. We love the high quality body and hair shampoo (Apotheke). Very generous with the complementaries as well: nice packaging infused coffees, canned still water and Grandma Wild's yummy biscuits. Breakfast is generously full English and continental. The staff have been very nice and friendly. There's nothing that we didn't love about the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely and classic building.The room is clean and has more space. The dinner and breakfast are great and delicious. It locates in the park with good atmosphere . The hotel locates in the park ,difficult to drive in.It should have more signs for details. The cost is not expensive.
