I didn't go inside, but just seeing it from outside is an amazing experience. Wait to hear it mark the time. It's not worth it to visit the Palace of Westminster. If your trip is only to see the clock tower and Big Ben, wait until at least 2023 as at present, it is being supported and is covered in scaffold. The bell is only rung on special occasions at the moment. The Houses of Parliament are visible as is the Abbey.Guest review byMaria McLeod

It was about a 45min walk to see Big Ben. Upon check out I had a train to catch that didn't leave til the afternoon and I asked to stay in the sitting area.
