It is a nice National Trust park.
It is a nice National Trust park. I really enjoyed one of the local venues in the area. It is a pub/country inn at the foot of Box Hill, Mickleham. The Running Horses. Unfortunately at the weekend the road attracts lots of motor cycles so ask for a room at the back if you don't want to be disturbed by their noise. We were going to walk around Box Hill and some of the other hills on the area and Chart House was a brilliant central location. The owner is very friendly and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and could access everything. Bed was comfy and they even provided a bed for the dog.
