The staff were amazing with communication and support and accessibility as I walk with a walking stick due to disabilities. They helped with an alternative lift and were always polite and friendly and helpful. The venue was clean and beautifully decorated and the bar was excellent with a great choice of food and drinks. The hotel was clean and tidy and spacious and everything you'd need for a stay.
