Location was good because close Bristol Temple Meads station! Room and shower was clean, large and cozy! Absolutely friendly, comfortable and relaxing for the stuff. If you are running on fumes by travel You might like here.

Amazing stay, we came here after Glastonbury and the experience couldn't have been better - we were upgraded for free and were allowed to check in early. You can order delivery food in the evening and the breakfast was brought to our room for a small charge in the morning. Beautifully decorated rooms and lovely, friendly staff.

It was really clean and they were super accommodating to us and our young family with our daughter being only 2 months old they provided a travel cot on request and it was there when we arrived. We asked to stay an extra night and they were able to ensure we were able to stay in the same room with our little one. Super friendly and did what they could for us. Great location close to main shopping mall. The breakfast area being downstairs wasnt even a problem as they have a small lift. It is a bit fiddly but the staff quickly came over to help us with it. Would deffo stay again.

    Room was very comfortable, a 2 minute walk across the road was Cabot circus, Beds were very comfortable, tea and coffee when you need it in your room, only have to ask if you want any more. Really nice bathroom, On all floors fresh water facilities and fresh fruit in a bowl.

    The property was clean and beds were comfortable. The central position made it possible to walk quite easily to places of interest such as Broad Quay, the little ferry boat stop and cathedral as well as the shopping area in Cabot Circus. Tea and coffee were left in the kitchen. There were plenty of toilet rolls and washing up liquid etc.

    Breakfast was amazing, so much choice! Hotel was located in an excellent spot, just a stones throw from Cabot Circus and opposite a huge park. The NCP car park was literally next to the hotel, and we qualified for a discount on our parking too. Would definitely return to stay at this hotel, so glad I chose this one over others I’d viewed online😁

    The flat is newly renovated inside and overall very nice. Excellent location: quiet street, just around the corner from Cabot Circus, and about a 20-minute walk to Temple Meads station.

    Funky decor and a nice relaxed vibe in the reception area. Staff were helpful and friendly. Theatre and Cabot Circus are very close by. The complimentary cocktail was very much appreciated and we would have liked to have made more use of the bar area, but it was too warm.
