room is spotelessly clean. bathroom is spaceous and very clean. the staff are very helpful and kind. the waiters and bartenders at the restaruarnt are very nice too. when my sister didn't like her drink (she has a difficult taste) they replaced it gladly without making us pay. everyone is so nice. i definitely recommend.

From start to finish the experience at the hotel has been top notch. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go over and above and pay very close attention to all details. For example, I received a bottle of champagne as a gift and without asking for it, housekeeping noticed this and provided me with ice that evening. The gym was fully equipped and honestly one of the best I've seen. The room itself was the most comfortable especially the bed and the location is superp-5 minutes away from Liverpool street station. I would definitely return here when visiting London

Lovely location, beautifully designed areas and rooms, friendly and resourceful reception staff, particularly Fabiana who helped me booking an exclusive afternoon tea experience. I also enjoyed the dinner on the roof terrace, and the signature cocktails are amazing. I definitely recommend it, and I would love to come back.
