Amazing location with beautiful buildings around, while the surrounding area has plenty of markets and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, with a very good breakfast, and it's close to two DLR stations (Royal Victoria and Custom House). I would love to go back

Overall the stay was exactly as we expected, but I especially want to highlight the very mindful staff who took an extra step when we had neighbours going through some very noisy arguments one morning and we were offered a free relocation to a different room. Moving was eventually not necessary as the people from the other room checked out on the same day and we were pleasantly surprised to find an apology note from the staff in our room when we returned in the evening along with vouchers for two drinks on the bar. That’s an exemplary customer care, especially given that the inconvenience was not caused by the hotel or the staff itself.

With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. Im not one to leave reviews but I would really like to shine some light on Audrie. She was just always there ready to help in any way possible. She was the reason why our stay was so memorable and I hope that Novotel realises what a true gem she is. Audrie you were amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
