The room was extremely comfortable, there was great attention to every single detail. Service was flawless and very friendly. The view was amazing, the room was super well equipped and beautifully designed. This by far is my best hotel experience in London. Will be back for sure - we absolutely loved staying here!!

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, with very easy access to key places such as London Bridge train station, Borough Market and a beautiful short walk to the South Bank area of the River Thames. The room assigned to me during my stay was very clean and comfortable, and I loved the fact that my bathroom had a shower and a bathtub option. The staff were very friendly upon checkin, and made the effort to ensure I got a slightly earlier checkin. I did not try the breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that.

    Our favourite place to stay. Rooms really good size and brilliant layout for family privacy with kids in slightly separate space with second tv. Staff so friendly and helpful and attentive. Great location.. buses, tubes. Taxis, uber ferry...docklands light railway. Shops restaurants...nothing like spending the day in London and jumping on the ferry back passing all the sights especially sun setting behind the tower of london and reaching the lights of Canary Wharf.
