I loved that Josh from reception is very customer service oriented and every time that we returned to this hotel he did his best to help us with reservations, with bookings for the car. Whatever we would have asked him he did his best to come with a suggestion or an answer in the shortest time. Me and my colleagues felt so relieved when we saw that he was on duty because it made all the time our check in so fast and for us really means a lot as we are not having always a long rest in between duties. Congratulations Josh.

Lovely big room. Quiet room. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast. Again, congratulations for the service, the gorgeous architecture, the perfect location, the flawless amenities, the very tasty and well presented food, everything really... Definitely worth mentioning are the shifts working over Christmas invariably kind and friendly, smiling and very helpful!! A real pleasure to spend some time in the Bush Hotel!     Location was excellent for Farnham castle, where my presentation was being held. Although located in the high street, our room was very quiet. Staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast, which was excellent.

    The outdoor garden area was perfect for imbibing cocktails on a beautiful summer's day. The beds were comfortable with nice linen and duvets. The location was excellent with many nice restaurants, pubs and bars in the area and easily walkable to the Farnham castle.
