Seaspace is a completely new complex located on the edge of Porth with a magnificent view of the coastline looking towards Newquay. The spacious apartment is well-equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Lovely shower. The complex has a lively cafe with great vibes for breakfast and lunch and a large restaurant with terrace for evening meals. Personnel were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

This is probably the best hotel experience we've ever had and possibly the best we will ever have. The staff was amazing. They are not just 'pet friendly' they love dogs and made as much effort to make them feel welcome as their owners which in turn made us feel even more welcome. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. We had no view but didn't need one as we spent very little time in the room. The hotel is brilliantly located next to Fistral Beach with lovely sands, surfing, swimming and restaurants yet it's only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Newquay and two additional swimming beaches. We had a smashing breakfast before we left and dined in the hotel on one of our evenings there.

    Clean spacious apartment with a small balcony. Nice touches like games and toys for children. Lovely kitchen and lounge area. Nice quiet area. Easy 5-10 minute walk to Fistral beach. Outdoor shower to clean shoes and sandy feet before entering the building.

    Beautiful location, brilliant hotel if you want chilled relaxed vibes but still feel that you are being looked after. Food is really good. We did a long weekend, with a couple of spa treatments which were well worth the money. Apart from a lovely walk along fistral beach we remained at the hotel for everything which was just perfect including excellent cocktails. Highly recommend.

    The location was great. The no.56 bus stopped right outside and we used it to travel to Padstow. We walked to Fistral beach for dinner at the Fish House and the Headland Hotel for drinks. The taxi from the airport was £25 but we used the no.56 bus on the way home and it was only £3 to the airport.

    The apartment was clean, tidy and finished to a good quality. Great location, literally a 10min walk into Newquay town and a 5min walk to Fistral beach. Off road free car parking was also good. Will be booking again for next year.

  • Lots of choices of beaches.

    Lots of choices of beaches. Lots of sand when the tide goes out. Would recommend the beach in the Old Harbour for families especially if little ones want to paddle. The sea at Fistral Beach is pretty rough which is why it is mostly used by surfers or experienced swimmers.
