It was warm, welcoming, and nicely furnished when we entered inside. I loved how it was in short driving distance to both Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. Close to the Monsal Track, Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Bakewell. Pretty, quiet little village with friendly locals and some good pubs nearby (Packhorse Inn is definitely worth the walk). Property was well equipped and comfortable - it felt like home!
