The hotel is so welcoming. From the receptionist who was so welcoming to the cleaners, who really take pride in the service they provide. My room was beautiful. Outstandingly clean and the bed was simply divine. I had a very peaceful stay and you really can’t hear other guests as the rooms seem so well insulated. The bar was a lovely place to spend time if your on your own as I was. I can totally recommend the Steaks on offer. The Bavette Steak was amazing. I hope to stay again soon as it was a total pleasure being there. Excellent Hotel.

    The room was clean, tidy and decorated really nicely. Aircon was effective and quiet. The selection of tea/coffee and biscuits was a nice surprise! The bathroom likewise was lovely, a really nice bath and shower, heated mirror, loved it. We went down to the restaurant one evening and the bar staff were lovely too! Food was a little pricey but very tasty. Location-wise this hotel is perfect for access to the train station and Hatfield House, and the Galleria nearby has plenty of shops and eateries too.

    It’s a modern and spacious property, located right next to Hatfield house. We were attending a wedding there, so it was the perfect location for us. There’s everything that you could possibly need from a weekend away - fully stocked up kitchen with modern appliances (Bosch mainly), iron and iron board, two tv’s, lovely garden outside for a nice break, fast wifi, even an Alexa device! I honestly can’t fault it
