We had one night away and chose Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa. Very glad we did. It was a very relaxing setting and we spent most of the time gazing out at the lake. We did a couple of short walks in the area. We had a Superior Lake View room which was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant and the breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Lake Vyrnwy Hotel & Spa is a lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The views from the breakfast room / dinning area are breathtaking. Food was also very good quality.

Amazing location on Lake Vyrnwy. A very comfortable and well proportioned room with a good sized bathroom- lovely fluffy towels. A great restaurant with a very modern menu. Our dinner was very impressive. It’s a wonderful location and older lodge style hotel. It’s a pity we could only stay one night.

The Traditional personal style Hotel experience is what makes it for me, everyone at this hotel make the difference, they want you back, you can feel it on arrival at reception, all the way to the spar at the far end of the Hotel, my room was very clean and comfortable, on this occasion I didn’t use the restaurant(I have health issues) I used room service instead, my food was just the way I like it!! It’s location is amazing, great views of Lake Vyrnwy, and good walks to suit everyone.

The hotel and spa at lake vyrnwy was phenomenal and certainly exceeded mine and my partners expectations, we had opted for the lake view room and we were certainly not disappointed! The room was tidy and the bed was super comfortable. Food in the restaurant was fantastic and satisfied every need. We will certainly be returning

Luxury hotel from yesteryear. Fantastic views of Lake Vyrnwy. Roaring fires in the communal rooms. Large bedroom suite with huge bath (and a shower). The food was very good. The staff were friendly. The service was excellent.

Another lovely relaxing stay at Lake Vyrnwy Hotel. We've been several times before. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely hotel and atmosphere. Beautiful views of the Lake.

Fantastic location, one of my favourite hotels in Wales with a stunning view across Lake Vyrnwy, both from the bedroom balcony and restaurant. Food at breakfast and dinner was great with lots of vegetarian options. Hotel itself is very idyllic, staff very friendly, and all for an incredible price.
