Karolina from the front desk very very professional nice and smiling. At Check In you could feel that she welcomed us with joy. A great feeling of care for the guest. As for me the General Manager should give Karolina very good chocolates because her service is wonderful. Thank you once again. Raja also contacted us after a while when we arrived in the room if everything was ok we had a request and two glasses of wine and we received it immediately. Hotel clean very nice staff. Well Done 😘

Everything! The hotel is new, and whoever handled the interiors paid attention to details. The aesthetics are dope! I loved the doors, fittings, drapes, seats, furniture, everything. The lounge downstairs is so lovely and excellent for taking photos if you love photography. I also loved that the hotel was close to the train and bus stations - three minutes walk. And you can take a bus from the bus station to Luton Airport for less than £3. The Mall and City Centre are within a short walking distance of the hotel (5minutes) and there are lots of restaurants and eateries around the city centre. There are pubs too, if you fancy a drink.
