I cannot ever remember giving a hotel a 10 rating. This hotel however deserves it. From the welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful staff, the spotlessly clean and fresh smelling rooms to the ample and good breakfast. Restaurant and bar prices very reasonable and location perfect for the weary traveller.

Although I had arranged in advance with ABSA Bank what my likely expenses would be in the UK, I had difficulty using the credit card on arrival. Nikki, the receptionist, was really laid-back while I phoned my bank in South Africa to get my arrangement sorted. Eventually, I did and from that moment onwards, everything worked smoothly

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym.

our stay was excellent, our room is perfect for the price we paid, all the staaf we're very helpfully. excellent bar and lunch menu during our stay. we needed to be in the area for a familly occasion. location was perfect.
