the room was so so spacious and nice, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, we had robes, hairdryer, great airconditioning, etc. the breakfast was phenomenal, so yummy, great service, lots of choices and even on the busy hours (between 9-10 am), -we still got seated very quickly and it wasn't too loud even though it was busy. the location was great for the reason we were there, which was attending a concert at the o2, a little far from the centre of london but there is an underground in about a 5 minute walk which was very nice! the staff was also so so very nice!! amazing service from the moment we arriced till the moment we left, everyone was so nice and they even brought the luggage to our room for us! we will definitely be staying there again!!

1. The atmosphere is superb, you will feel transported to another time 2. Beautiful, beautiful hotel. So many intricate details everywhere 3. Exceptional level of service. I was never made to feel i was bothering anyone, infact gentleman at the reception was kind enough to open the library for me to sit in after he heard he trying the handle 4. Ideal location to explore shoreditch, spitalfields market, bricklane etc 5. The bread basket is so good! Must try for breakfast

If you're planning a stay in London, stay here, it's amazing. I've stayed in many places around the capital, and I had a better time here than in any other hotel. The owner was very helpful upon checking in and made sure we got there without issue and once we arrived, I was blown away by the thought that had gone into making our stay comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, with quality mattress, pillows and sheets, while the room had everything you might need, and then some. I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. On the ground floor, there is a communal kitchen/ lounge area with complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as all the kitchen appliances you might need if you prefer to cook for yourself. There are also a couple of washing machines/ dryers for laundry. I found this to be excellent value for money and the next time I'm in London, this is the only place I'll consider staying at. If I could score it higher than 10, I would. Well done to the owners and management who have obviously put a lot of care, effort and love into this place. It's a fairly new venture, offers something a little different, and I love it.

Very long walk from the stadium after an event, as they don't let you walk back through Westfield, understandable when there's 60000 people, but if like me a 10 minute walk turns into 35 minutes with disabilities is a challenge

    Visited to watch football.

Visited to watch football. Unfortunately it's a multipurpose events arena rather than a football ground. Possibly great for athletics or a music concert but awful for football. Even the best seats are too far from the pitch and you'd need an oxygen mask and support from a team of Sherpas to reach the upper level cheaper seats. Toilet facilities may be ok for concerts where people drift in & out throughout the event but cannot cope with the numbers who wish to use them at halftime which just emphasises that the stadium was designed for athletics not football
